Lucie Karlová

With a passion for luxury crystal design, Lucie Karlova has dedicated her professional life to elevating the heritage of Bohemian glass. She has a passion for global business and working with customers and partners who appreciate originality and quality as much as she does. Lucie began her Preciosa career in the logistics department and quickly moved through the company, contributing her talents and business acumen to both Preciosa Beauty and Preciosa Lighting. She is especially proud of the work being done by the Preciosa Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to supporting regional activities. Since 2008 she has been a member of the Preciosa Foundation Board of Directors, and since 2013, a member of the Board of Directors of Preciosa Group, the largest producer and exporter of crystal components in the Czech Republic. Since 2015 she has been the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors for Preciosa Lighting. Lucie has a degree in Economics.
