Preciosa Lighting became one of the main partners of PULSE – the International Festival of Architecture and Design. Our crystal chime, Composition of Crystal, was featured during the gala evening, while the dynamic color scenes of Drifting Lights welcomed visitors in the entrance hall.

PULSE Gala at the Main Hall

One of the key moments of the entire collaboration was the world premiere of Hommage à Janáček, composed and performed by Jiří Trtík and the STRO.MY Ensemble. The premiere took place during the PULSE Gala in the Main Hall.

The composition creatively develops motifs from Leoš Janáček’s Sinfonietta, which marks the 100th anniversary of its premiere this year. The result was a unique moment in which music, light, and craftsmanship merged into a single, living harmony.

Crystal chime

The centerpiece of the concert at the PULSE Gala was a heart-shaped chime, lent by Preciosa Lighting. The crystal heart was originally the focal point of the Composition in Crystal installation, presented at Milan Design Week 2022. Thanks to the masterful skill and musical creativity of composer Jiří Trtík and the STRO.MY Ensemble, it resonated once again in an unforgettable musical experience.
