Magnolia Garden

Magnolia Garden takes its cue from the magnolia blossom; that particular elegance of something fragile made luminous. Stretching more than seven metres across the VVIP Conference Room, it moves through the space like a living thing, easing the hard lines of the architecture and coaxing something of the natural world inside.

Magnolia Garden settles into the space like a held breath. Its soft hues and flowing forms introduce a quiet contrast to the surrounding geometry. Integrated LED modules breathe a diffused warmth through it, the way morning light finds its way through a garden in bloom.
Delicate crystal petals bloom in four distinct shapes and sizes along each branch. Handcrafted from textured slumped glass in gradients of purple, pink, and warm amber, each one catches light through its own small constellation of bubbles.
Magnolia blossoms have long carried meanings of purity and transformation. Here, they become a quiet metaphor, bridging interior and exterior, stillness and growth, the structured and the fluid.

Located within Package Three, it features detailed models of residential projects such as Yenaier Residences and serves as a central hub for prospective investors and future residents.Visitors are invited to explore a range of residential options, engage with interactive displays, and gain a comprehensive understanding of the city’s masterplan. The centre plays a pivotal role in communicating the first phase of Sultan Haitham City, which seeks to establish new benchmarks for urban living in Oman.
